- Its colour can vary from cream to pale tan, giving it a natural and light appearance.

- It can be easily worked with both hand and machine tools, and it is recommended to pre-drill before nailing. Additionally, ash is receptive to staining, allowing for customisation, and enhancing its visual appeal.
