Wow. What a refreshing change to deal with a company where ordering is fast and efficient. Timber arrived on time (early actually!) And was of great quality. A massive thanks to the delivery driver who placed order round back (without being asked ) safely out of site Cannot recommend highly enough, and will most definitely use again

Highly Recommend, Sam - Trustpilot

Brilliant service. I needed specific sizes of timber cutting to refurbish some unusual period sash windows. Very responsive, great communications and excellent price quoted.

I’ve used this company as a keen DIY enthusiast for over 30 years since ever since my dad put me on to them as he used them. The quality of timber and profiles is second to none and now since using the delivery service which I had not used before, the quality of communication and speed of response is on the same high level as the quality of product. Together with the price, this company is and has been for many years exception 😁

Looking for pet specific grass and Sherman and Young had the perfect type and cheaper than other online stores for exactly the same product. Received an email from Andrew to say thank you for my order and he gave me a delivery date to accommodate my dogs surgery. Absolutely first class service. Wish every online store was such a pleasure to do business with.

Amazing customer service & great prices too!, Nicola - Trustpilot

I originally shopped with S&Y as my usual supplier couldn’t cut what I needed to size. I regret not doing this sooner! Friendly staff, 5* service every time I order, very reasonable prices and deliveries always arrive when they should.

5 Stars Every Time, Tom - Trustpilot

The order was as expected and the delivery driver was a helpful and friendly guy. I’ll be returning for more timber soon. The materials arrived a couple of days after placing the order and the quality of the materials is spot on (again). Great service and price!
